Preschool Ministry

We believe children are a gift from God, and while the primary responsibility for spiritual upbringing is for parents (Deut. 4:9, 6:7, 11:19; Psalm 78:1-8; Ephesians 6:1-4), we believe the church community is to equip and assist parents in raising kids to love Jesus. For the same reason that Jesus gave his attention to kids, we believe kids grow best when nurtured by loving parents, mentors and teachers.

We also understand that in home of a new parent, time to refresh is sought after. We have an operational nursery during Small Group and Worship hours at Shiloh Baptist Church that is designed to keep your child safe and allow for you to focus on the Word of God. Feel free to drop off your child (ages Newborn to 4 years) with our nursery volunteers.

Shiloh is in the process of becoming a certified safe church through ECAP (Evangelical Council for Abuse Prevention). We have policies in place to ensure that our children (and students up to 18) are safe here. Each of our workers and helpers are required to complete a background check and interview for the safety of our children. Our staff is available to answer any questions concerning child safety.
